Manufacturing Supervisor - 2nd Shift

Now is your chance as Hearth & Home Technologies is hiring a Manufacturing Supervisor located in Lake City, MN.      This Manufacturing Supervisor position is 2nd shift (core hours are Monday through Thursday 5:00 pm - 3:30 am) and offering a Sign-On Bonus of $10,000.  The Fireplaces Business Unit is one of our key business units within Hearth & Home Technologies, featuring leading brands such as Heat & Glo, Majestic, Heatilator, and more. This business unit is dedicated to advancing fireplace technology and design, reflecting our commitment to exceptional quality and comfort.      Key Responsibilities Engages and motivates members and provide onsite leadership for problem resolution to facilitate faster improvements, improve working relationships, and high morale through effective communication, coaching, training, development, and root cause analysis. Exercises limited authority; sets performance objectives, coaches team members on performance, completes performance evaluations, and recommends pay actions.   Ensures corrective actions for quality, safety, delivery, cost, materials, downtime, etc. are addressed with proper root cause analysis and action plans.   Communicates policies, procedures, department and company performance, and improvement opportunities. Leads projects to achieve results in strategic initiatives while supporting safety, quality, delivery, cost.  Minimum Requirements Minimum of 2 years of effective leadership experience in a manufacturing environment  Associate or bachelor's degree preferred Will consider equivalent combination of education and experience  Lead through influence and direct management to achieve results in a timely manner   Must be computer literate   Highly organized, ability to prioritize and perform multiple tasks.   Analytical ability to solve issues and provide direction   Benefits Starting Day 1  Minimum of 3 weeks Paid Time Off (prorated year 1)  8 Paid Holidays  3 Health Plan Choices, HSA, Dental, and Vision insurance  401k (6% company match and 100% vested immediately)   Additional Benefits  Salary Range listed for this position has been adjusted to include a 2nd Shift premium of $10,400 annually.  Tuition Reimbursement Assistance (eligible after 6 months of employment)  Quarterly Cash Profit Sharing (eligible after 1 year of employment.
