Job Description Schedule/Availability Requirements: Feb 20 (7a) - Mar 1 (7a)May 19 (7a) - 26 (7a)Ongoing dates will begin July 2025 and will not be released until Mid Jan 2025These dates are not open to privileged providers as they need to backfill starting June for a provider who needs a break. Details: 24 hour call Mon-Sun5-7 days per month, ongoing into 2025.Setting: InpatientLevel 1 TraumaRequired Procedures/Job duties: Scoping, ERCP, EUS, Endoscopy, GI Bleed, Evaluation of GI problems.EMR: EPICSupport Staff: NoneReason for coverage: Gaps in coverage and locum needing break starting June 2025.Timeframe: 60-90 day standard, Emergency privs 1-2 weeks with clean fileSubmission RequirementsBoard Certified Gastroenterology - RequiredActive CO License - Highly PreferredActive DEA - Required for credentialing (site will consider a transferred DEA, however, must keep this DEA for the duration of the assignment, not just for shifts worked.)Must be available for any of the stints detailed in the job description to be considered for ongoing dates - RequiredMust provide # of shifts per month provider can offer to site starting July 2025 - RequiredCandidates must be able to perform ERCP and EUS and required to note in presentation - RequiredMust acknowledge candidate understands the EMR training requirements set forth in job description and will complete in this order to avoid missing their start date - RequiredLocal/drive-in candidates - Highly Preferred, will place providers who are local as a Tier 1 provider.Gastroenterology Fellowship - RequiredClean Malpractice/background - Required for February stints - Candidates with self inquiry NPDB report will be placed with priority over those that dont present with it.
