We're actively deployed across some of the largest LNG projects in North America in partnership with a tier-one global EPC contractor.About the RoleWe're hiring a Director, Site Deployment & Customer Success(EPC) to lead our rollout and growth at a major LNG construction project in Lake Charles, LA. This is one of the most important hires we'll make this year.Over the next several months, you'll own the deployment of our platform to approximately 900 field users "” supervisors, operators, HSE teams, and IWP/AWP planners "” across one of the largest LNG construction sites in the world. You'll be the senior Multiplied AI leader on the ground: running the rollout, managing our onsite support team, owning the customer relationship, and identifying where our platform can expand its footprint across the project.This role is based in Lake Charles and embedded on-site. Travel to other LNG project sites will be expected as the program scales.What You'll OwnDeployment & RolloutLead the end-to-end rollout of our platform to ~900 users on-site, including phased onboarding, training, change management, and adoption trackingOwn the program plan and milestone delivery against our quarterly release roadmap and contractual commitmentsPartner with customer stakeholders across operations, HSE, IWP/AWP, and IT to ensure successful integration into existing workflowsDefine and track adoption, engagement, and value-delivery metrics "” and act on themCustomer Relationship & Account LeadershipServe as the senior Multiplied AI representative on-site, building deep relationships across customer project leadership, field supervision, and functional teamsBe the executive point of contact for escalations, strategic reviews, and program governanceRepresent the voice of the customer back to our product, engineering, and leadership teamsTeam LeadershipManage the onsite technical support team, including hiring, performance, and day-to-day operationsEstablish support processes, SLAs, and escalation paths that protect adoption and customer trustBuild a high-performing, customer-obsessed field team as the deployment scalesGrowth & Commercial ExpansionIdentify new use cases, teams, and workflows where our platform can deliver value across the siteLead commercial expansion conversations with the customer "” including scoping, pricing, and shaping new statements of workPartner with Multiplied AI leadership on strategic account planning and long-term growth across the customer's broader EPC portfolioWhat We're Looking For10+ years of experience leading enterprise software deployments, customer success, or program management in industrial, construction, energy, or EPC environmentsProven track record owning large, complex rollouts (hundreds to thousands of users) with measurable adoption and business outcomesExperience managing customer relationships at the executive and program-leadership level, including commercial conversations and SOW scopingPeople leadership experience "” you've built and managed field-based or customer-facing technical teamsStrong operational instincts: comfortable with ambiguity, fast-moving timelines, and the realities of an active construction environmentExcellent communication and executive presence with both customer leadership and frontline field teamsWillingness to be on-site full-time in Lake Charles and travel to other LNG project sites as neededStrongly PreferredDirect experience with EPC, LNG, or large-scale industrial projects with tier-one contractorsFamiliarity with IWP/AWP (Advanced Work Packaging) and field operations workflowsExperience deploying mobile-first or field-first software at scaleBackground working with or alongside AI/ML products, including LLMs and agentic systemsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field; advanced degree a plus
