What You Bring to the Table: Valid RN license (Single State or Multi-State Compact) with Basic Life Support (BLS) certification upon hire. Minimum of 1 year of medical-surgical or home health nursing experience; ICU experience is a plus. Proficiency in computer data entry, including experience with Excel and Word. Ability to communicate effectively across multidisciplinary healthcare teams. Familiarity with Epic systems, Wound Care, IV Management, disease assessments (e.g., CHF, COPD), catheter care, PICC line dressing changes, and home health procedures. Valid driver's license (GADL/VSDL) and private vehicle insurance. Preferred Skills & Additional Competencies: Epic remote or home care systems experience. Knowledge of home health documentation and billing processes. Strong critical care or ICU skills demonstrating advanced clinical judgment. Ability to adapt to various electronic health record platforms and demonstrate efficient multitasking. Educational & Experience Preferences: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or Diploma/RN Certification required. At least one year of medical-surgical or home health experience preferred. Other Requirements: Travel within Cobb, Douglas, Paulding, parts of Cherokee and Fulton counties. Willingness to obtain any certifications not currently held. Demonstrated ability to work Mon-Fri, 8:30 am - 5:00 pm shifts.
