They focus on true leadership over "management" with clean and clear communication and top-notch results for clients.About the RoleOwn full operational leadership of the Oil & Gas division (pipeline + power generation) including estimating, project management, cost controls, scheduling, field execution, and client delivery.ResponsibilitiesLead and mentor 6-8 senior managers across PM, estimating, cost controls, scheduling, safety, and hydrotestOversee ~25 direct reports and influence broader cross-functional teamsManage 10-12 concurrent projects across multiple states (weeks to 1+ year duration)Evaluate bid opportunities and align with capacity, profitability, and strategic goalsPartner with sales on pipeline development and project acquisition strategyDrive execution across all phases: planning ? execution ? completionEnsure projects stay on track across budget, schedule, safety, and complianceAct as primary client-facing leader, maintaining and growing key relationshipsLead cross-functional meetings and enforce accountability across teamsReallocating resources and troubleshooting delays to prevent project stallsEstablish performance metrics and drive operational excellence across the divisionQualifications10-15+ years of experience in Oil & Gas or Pipeline construction at Director / VP / Division level (or equivalent senior oversight)Experience managing multiple large-scale projects simultaneouslyStrong background in:Project management oversightEstimating & cost controlsScheduling & resource planningField operations and executionClient-facing experience with strong communication and relationship management skillsExperience with Procore Construction Management or related degree (preferred)Veriforce, NCCER, and ISNetwork experienceRequired SkillsStrong leadership and management skillsExcellent communication and relationship management skillsProficient in project management tools and softwarePreferred SkillsExperience with Procore Construction ManagementRelevant certifications (Veriforce, NCCER, ISNetwork)Pay range and compensation packageBase Salary: $200K - $260KBonus: ~10% tied to division/company performanceVehicle: Company truck + gas card or vehicle allowance (~$650/month)Travel: ~10-12 overnights per month (can be optimized closer to 6-8)Full Benefits PackageEqual Opportunity StatementThis is an onsite role with required travel; it is not remote.
