Description We are seeking an experienced Injection Molding Manager for a direct-hire opportunity on the 1st shift. This role oversees daily operations within the molding department, ensuring production goals are met while maintaining quality, safety, and efficiency. Supervise, train, and evaluate department employees. Ensure machines are properly set up, maintained, and adjusted to meet specifications. Develop and implement process improvements for productivity, quality, and safety. Create and maintain documentation, including work instructions and EHS compliance materials. Conduct product inspections and oversee quality standards. Support and enforce 5S and continuous improvement initiatives. Collaborate with internal teams to meet production deadlines. Bachelor's degree in business, Technology, or related field preferred. 3-5 years of manufacturing supervisory experience, injection molding preferred. Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word. Ability to read and interpret technical and business documents. Willing to obtain OSHA 10-Hour General Industry certification. Associate Requirements Bachelors Background Check Able to Lift 50 pounds Drug Test Must be at least 18 years old
