This includes:Managing your own schedule and completing surveys within agreed timelines.Visiting properties, taking photographs and measurements, and noting any issues for underwriter review.Generating an estimated replacement value and identifying major municating findings via the Signature website's Loss Control 360 portal.Details of PositionWork from your home office.Professionally interact over the phone, via email, and in"‘person with homeowners and insurance agents.Drive to and conduct on"‘site property surveys on high"‘value homes per customer guidelines and procedures.Identify and document the construction materials, characteristics, and unique features of the home.Obtain measurements of the home and other structures on the property.Generate an estimated replacement value of the home and identify major municate the information gathered during on"‘site inspection in Loss Control 360 accessed through the Signature website.Requirements and Tools NeededHigh level of professionalism.Strong oral and written communication skills.Must have a smartphone, tablet and Windows"‘Based PC.High"‘speed internet, a digital camera or smartphone with 16MP camera or greater, measuring devices such as laser, soft tape measure, or measuring wheel.A late"‘model reliable vehicle and auto and general liability insurance.BA or BS degree desired but not required.Prior inspection experience on residential homes desirable.Loss control experience desirable.Prior underwriting experience desirable.Construction experience desired but not required. #J-18808-Ljbffr
