Your Shift Hours: 7 am - 4 pm Days: Monday - Friday (schedule your shifts in the app) Pay: $18/hour, with payments every Friday (daily pay available) Location: Americold, Chillicothe, MO Work Environment: This job involves working in a cold storage environment with temperatures as low as -15 degrees. Repackers will usually operate in warehouse temperatures around 40 degrees. (Warm clothing is essential.) What You'll Do As a Repacker, your contributions will help keep orders moving effectively by: Setting up and inspecting equipment and products for quality and accuracy at the start of each shift. Facilitating a smooth flow of products, including both components and finished goods, on the line. Maintaining cleanliness by clearing and sweeping the work area of loose cardboard and plastic and performing other assigned duties. What We're Looking For: Preferred experience in warehouse or production settings, with strong teamwork and communication skills. Basic math abilities, a keen eye for detail, and the capacity to follow safety and operational instructions. An aptitude for working in a fast-paced environment with repetitive tasks. Physical ability to lift up to 70 lbs. and endure indoor temperatures as low as -15°F, along with varying outdoor conditions.
