Elevate Your Career as a Shift Operations Leader! Are you ready to play a crucial role in enhancing our store's operations? As a Shift Operations Leader, you will work closely with our management team to focus on vital areas such as Customer Service, Food Service, and marketing strategies. This position allows you to guide our customer service representatives while taking on essential management tasks. Your Key Responsibilities: Master customer service techniques to ensure exceptional experiences for our customers. Embrace and promote the FiveStar treatment, fostering a welcoming environment and leveraging suggestive selling to meet customer needs. Collaborate with the FiveStar team to provide outstanding service that aligns with our company policies. Support the comprehensive training of new customer service representatives, equipping them for success. Offer clear direction to the store team regarding policies and critical communications. Assist management in maintaining inventory accuracy, equipment maintenance, and effectively implementing safety and theft prevention measures. Work with the team to deliver high-quality food operations. Communicate important updates to store staff regarding emails, weekly specials, and company-wide initiatives. Oversee merchandising efforts, evaluating displays, pricing, and promotional signage. Lead educational initiatives for store employees to enhance their skills and knowledge. Minimum Qualifications: Professional appearance paired with a positive attitude. Must be at least 18 years old. A true team player dedicated to customer satisfaction, integrity, hard work, and excellent attendance. Basic computer skills are required. Physical Requirements: Willingness to work various shifts (morning, evening, overnight) including weekends and holidays. Physical stamina for daily tasks such as standing, pushing, pulling, reaching, bending, lifting (up to 55 lbs.), and food preparation in cold environments (35 degrees or below).
