What You'll Need to Succeed: Valid RN license in your state, with licensure in hand before start date (certification expiry within 45 days is a no-go) BLS from AHA and NIHSS certifications required, with certifications valid through the assignment period Experience with Cerner charting system preferred but not mandatory Ability to pass EKG testing prior to starting Proven travel experience in a Med-Surg or rehab/ LTC setting Flexibility to float as needed, adhering to floating policies and department standards Nice to Have Skills: Prior experience working in transitional or rehab units Proficiency in managing diverse patient needs and complex care plans Strong documentation skills and familiarity with Cerner or similar EHR systems Preferred Education & Experience: Registered Nurse license in good standing, ideally with at least 12 months of recent clinical experience in Med-Surg, Rehab, or LTC environments Familiarity with Cerner charting system and clinical protocols in transitional care settings Additional Requirements: Must be able to provide proof of residency (lease/mortgage, utility bill) within 48 hours of acceptance, with address matching your W4 and license records Candidate's permanent address must be >75 miles from the facility No block scheduling requests or major holiday time-offs, including Valentine's Day, Easter, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Fall Break, Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's Day during the assignment period Travel compliance with Tier1 standards required All certifications and licensure must be current and not expire within 45 days of start date 279027 About All Medical Personnel - Nursing Established in 1990, All Medical Personnel is a leading national temporary employment agency for healthcare workforce solutions in the United States.
