Proudly serving the Greater Knoxville area, we prioritize comfort and sustainability in everything we do.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site position for a Heating Air Conditioning Technician located in Knoxville, TN. The technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, ventilation systems, and indoor air quality products. Daily responsibilities include troubleshooting system issues, performing preventive maintenance, ensuring compliance with EPA regulations, and conducting general plumbing and electrical diagnostics and repairs as they relate to HVAC equipment. The role may also require interacting with customers to provide solutions and maintaining accurate service documentation.QualificationsProficiency in troubleshooting and diagnosing HVAC system issuesExperience with plumbing and the ability to make repairs related to HVAC systemsExpertise in performing preventive maintenance to extend system efficiency and lifespanEPA certification, along with knowledge of safe handling and disposal guidelinesBasic to advanced knowledge of electricity related to HVAC equipmentStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and customer service abilitiesValid driver's license with a clean driving recordPrior experience in HVAC or a relevant technical field is preferredHigh school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications are a plus
