Join our healthcare team in Knippa, TX, and play a vital role in delivering high-quality care, diagnosing medical conditions, prescribing treatment plans, and supporting patients throughout their healthcare journeys. Deliver Patient Care: Perform comprehensive physical exams and collect patient histories. Assess symptoms and diagnose a range of medical conditions. Order and interpret diagnostic tests (labs, imaging) to support clinical decisions. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Prescribe medications, therapies, and manage acute and chronic conditions. Patient Education and Support: Educate patients and families about diagnoses, medications, and lifestyle changes. Provide preventive care including immunizations, screenings, and wellness checkups. Promote long-term health and disease prevention strategies. Collaborate with Healthcare Teams: Work closely with physicians, nurses, and specialists to ensure coordinated patient care. Participate in care team meetings and share input on patient progress. Offer clinical guidance to support staff when needed. Monitor Progress & Ensure Compliance: Track treatment effectiveness and modify care plans as necessary. Maintain detailed and accurate records using electronic health records (EHR). Comply with HIPAA regulations and current healthcare standards. Qualifications: Master's Degree in Nursing from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program. Active NP license in the state of Texas. Board Certification (e.g., FNP, AGNP) required. BLS and ACLS certifications preferred. Preferred Skills: Experience in a clinical or primary care setting is a plus-but new grads are welcome! Excellent diagnostic and critical-thinking skills. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
