Juice Bar Manager - Kittery

Maine Squeeze in Kittery is seeking a dedicated Manager for our Kittery Foreside location! This is a full-time position with store management and administrative responsibilities. Maine Squeeze is the sister store to The Juicery Brands!  We are looking for a Manager that is excited to join the crew and can provide strong leadership experience with the team. The Manager will work to create an exceptional environment for both the team members and customers. Average pay & tips is $18 - $23 / hour for the Manager position at Maine Squeeze in Kittery  As the Manager, you’ll be responsible for creating an exceptional environment for both the team members and customers. You’ll play an essential role, working closely with the Owner and General Managers. The Store Manager will create a profitable store, deliver exceptional customer service, and manage ordering and inventory.  What You'll Do: Creating and managing store schedule Managing product ordering and store inventory Managing cash handling Hiring, training, and developing staff Create and maintain a positive work environment Managing and enforcing food safety procedures Work directly with restaurant Owner and General Managers to oversee the operational success of the store Provide outstanding leadership to help manage and grow your team What We're Looking For: Experience with managing orders in a high volume environment Proven leadership skills Experience with hiring, onboarding, and training team members Strong communication and organizational skills Prior food service experience (preferred, but not required!)
