Senior Financial Analyst

Description/Comment: Partner as a key contributor in the Parks processes and systems projects to include defining system requirements and performing system testing including user acceptance, financial integration, data migration, and report testing. The testing will ensure accuracy of systems processes as well as ensuring accuracy of data calculations and accounting transactions from the system, through general ledgerPartner to oversee and perform daily financial management responsibilities of the exception review and resolution of system issues to ensure accurate accounting, account reconciliations, monthly journal entries and dailyReview processes and identify efficiencies and opportunity for automationPartner with teams across financial processes and client baseFacilitate issue resolution by understanding manual and system processesServe as point of contact for team for day-to-day responsibilitiesRecommend system and process improvements and design system testing as required.Basic Qualifications At least 3 years of Finance or Accounting experienceAbility to perform detailed account reconciliations using various tools including ExcelAbility to document detailed system and reporting requirementsAbility to communicate effectively (verbal and written) with internal and external partnersAbility to adapt quickly, work independently, take ownership, and work in a flexible team environmentExperience with system testingDemonstrated skills in tools to support process improvements, use of Smartsheets, Alteryx, etc.Critical thinking to challenge status quo and bring forward operational improvements as part of the system replacement projectAbility to prepare and present information to support decision makingAbility to plan and prioritize work and balance multiple priorities in a fast paced work environmentStrong Microsoft Office skills.Required EducationBA/BS pref.About US Tech Solutions:US Tech Solutions is a global staff augmentation firm providing a wide range of talent on-demand and total workforce solutions.
