Kirkland, Washington (Hybrid)About the OpportunityWe are partnered with a rapidly growing, vertically integrated real estate investment platform that is expanding its in-house legal team.With an active acquisition pipeline and growing national portfolio, the firm is seeking an attorney to support a broad range of commercial real estate and corporate legal matters across the organization.This is a unique opportunity to join a lean, entrepreneurial environment and work closely with senior leadership while gaining exposure across acquisitions, development, operations, financing, and corporate structuring initiatives.The RoleThis position is focused on supporting the company's commercial real estate development and operational legal activities.The ideal candidate will have experience working on a variety of real estate-related matters, including commercial leases, property management agreements, acquisitions, and corporate structuring.
