Position OverviewThe CPST Counselor provides Community Psychiatric Support and Treatment (CPST) services to children, youth, and their families. CPST services are goal-directed, solution-focused interventions designed to address challenges related to behavioral health needs.What We OfferCompetitive Compensation Starting rate, $35/hr. for billable services and $20/hr. for non-billable services. This is a multi-component service that may include a combination of the following therapeutic interventions:Intensive interventions (counseling)Crisis avoidance services (counseling)Intermediate-term crisis management (counseling)Rehabilitative psychoeducationStrength-based service planningRehabilitative support servicesQualificationsMaster's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related human services field, plus one year of applicable experience, OR Certification in an Evidence-Based Practice
