JOB OVERVIEW • Job Title: Family Nurse Practitioner • Job Type: Full-Time • Location: King City, CA • Service Setting: Outpatient Primary Care Clinic • Coverage Type: Clinical Only • Start Date: 04/08/2026 • Schedule: 4x10-hour shifts + every other Saturday PATIENT INFORMATION • Patient Demographics: Newborns to Geriatrics • Case Mix: Full-spectrum primary care (preventive, acute, and chronic care) • Patient Volume: Typical outpatient primary care flow FACILITY INFORMATION • Setting: Community-based primary care clinic • Support Model: Physician-supervised NP practice COMPENSATION & BENEFITS • Salary Range: $176,000 - $233,000 annually JOB REQUIREMENTS • Experience: Primary care clinic experience required • Education: Completion of accredited Nurse Practitioner program • Licensure: Active California RN and NP license • Certifications: BLS (AHA) required ACLS (AHA) required if inpatient privileges requested • Accepted Certifying Bodies: American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC) American Academy of Nurse Practitioners (AANP) Pediatric Nursing Certification Board (PNCB) National Certification Corporation (NCC) American Association of Critical-Care Nurses (AACN) • Preferred: English/Spanish bilingual DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES • Provide primary care services to patients across all age groups • Perform assessments, diagnoses, and treatment planning • Manage acute and chronic conditions • Follow established clinical protocols with physician collaboration • Maintain accurate and timely documentation • Participate in patient care decisions with accountability and clinical judgment
