Your Role (Responsibilities): As a Regional Operations Manager, you'll be a vital link between our headquarters and the branches in your region. Your key responsibilities will include: Staying informed about company policies and procedures. Focusing on increasing sales and building strong customer relationships. Overseeing day-to-day operations within your region, ensuring the smooth execution of company policies and guidelines. What We Are Looking For (Requirements): Demonstrated experience in multi-unit restaurant management, particularly in fast-casual environments. Strong proficiency in restaurant operations, encompassing both front and back of house, as well as point of sale systems. Ability to lead a team with measurable performance objectives. Advanced understanding of decision-making processes, deliverable prioritization, and timeline management. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with a talent for motivating teams. Deep knowledge of restaurant functions, including training, recruiting, and task delegation. Willingness to travel 75% within your home and surrounding markets. Capacity to manage the physical demands of a retail environment. Food Safety Manager Certification required upon hire. A valid state driver's license and insurance are mandatory upon hire.
