As our company grows, responsibilities and hours may increase based on business needs.Primary ResponsibilitiesRecruiting & Talent AcquisitionActively recruit new insurance agentsConduct phone outreach and follow-ups with candidatesSet appointments and send calendar invitesSend follow-up emails and SMS communicationsManage and track recruiting pipeline activityGenerate recruiting reports (calls made, interviews scheduled, hires, show ratios)Email & SMS Campaign ManagementBuild and manage email/SMS drip campaigns for recruitsUtilize platforms such as MailChimpMonitor engagement and follow-up accordinglyCommunity & Marketing OutreachResearch, coordinate, and attend job fairsParticipate in community marketing initiativesAssist with social media marketing focused on recruiting new agentsSupport recruiting mail services and outreach effortsAdministrative & Office SupportAssist with answering incoming business callsSearch for leads or clients within the company CRMLeave detailed notes and route messages to servicing agentsMaintain accurate records and communication logQualificationsExperience in recruiting, staffing, or sales preferredStrong phone communication and follow-up skillsComfortable using CRM systems and email marketing tools (MailChimp experience a plus)Highly organized and detail-orientedAbility to manage multiple tasks independentlyProfessional, dependable, and adaptable in a growing environmentInsurance industry experience is a plus, but not requiredWhat We Offer15-25 hours per week with flexible schedulingOpportunity for increased hours as business growsProfessional growth within an expanding insurance organizationPerformance-based growth opportunitiesSupportive, team-oriented environmentIf you are organized, people-oriented, and excited about helping build a high-performing insurance team, we'd love to hear from you.It's time to ThriveJob Type: Part-timeBenefits:Flexible scheduleWork Location: In person
