You'll partner cross-functionally with production, engineering, and operations teams to resolve issues, improve systems, and elevate overall quality performance.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate quality assurance and inspection activities across manufacturing operationsSupervise a team of quality inspectors, technicians, and team leads across multiple shiftsEnsure compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and other applicable quality standardsDevelop, implement, and maintain quality control procedures, systems, and documentationConduct internal audits and help prepare for external audits and inspectionsDrive root cause analysis on non-conformances and lead corrective/preventive actions (CAPA)Partner with cross-functional teams to quickly resolve quality issues and improve outcomesMaintain inspection records and quality documentation with a high level of accuracyTrain team members on quality systems, inspection methods, and regulatory requirementsIdentify and implement process improvements that enhance product quality and operational efficiencySupport and enforce plant safety standards and best practicesWhat We're Looking ForWe're looking for a leader who can balance technical quality expertise with strong people leadership. The ideal candidate brings a solid foundation in manufacturing quality systems, understands how to work across teams, and knows how to create structure and accountability on the floor.Preferred Qualifications3+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment5+ years of experience working with ISO 9001 quality systemsExperience leading quality assurance, inspection, or quality systems in a production settingStrong experience with root cause analysis, non-conformance resolution, and CAPA processesAbility to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, machining drawings, and CAD modelsExperience with ERP systems and strong working knowledge of ExcelHands-on experience using precision inspection equipment such as:CMM3D scannersCalipersGauges and other metrology toolsStrong communication skills with the ability to lead teams and collaborate cross-functionallyHigh school diploma required; bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, Business, or a related field preferredRelevant quality certifications are a plus
