Plant Administrative Assistant Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM Location: Kennesaw, GA Job Summary The Plant Administrative Assistant serves as the primary administrative support for a manufacturing plant. This role partners closely with the Senior HR Manager, Senior Plant Manager, and Operations Team to support recruitment coordination, onboarding, employee engagement initiatives, and overall plant administrative functions. Key Responsibilities Serve as the main point of contact for plant administrative functions Prescreen resumes and coordinate interview scheduling with the Operations Team Assist with onboarding activities and employee engagement events Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in SAP and other internal systems Provide administrative support to HR and Operations, including special projects Assist employees with administrative needs, including submitting self-service tickets Support the Leadership Team in maintaining and updating regulatory systems (OSHA, EPA, QMS, and policy compliance) Coordinate and support interdepartmental training, including tracking and auditing records Ensure proper retention of employee training, development, and compliance documentation in accordance with company policies Facilitate team meetings as needed Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures Perform other duties as assigned Qualifications Education & Experience High School Diploma or GED required Minimum of 1 year of data entry experience required Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) required Experience in a manufacturing or plant environment preferred Additional Skills & Competencies Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to interact across all levels of the organization Effective listening and problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Highly organized with strong attention to detail Demonstrated integrity and professionalism Collaborative and proactive mindset Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
