Physical Therapist?Pacific NorthwestFull-Time 4x10 Schedule No Call A thriving hospital and clinic in a scenic community in the Pacific Northwest is seeking a compassionate and committed Physical Therapist to join its rehabilitation services team. This is a full-time position with a flexible 4x10 schedule, primarily focused on outpatient care (80%) , with additional responsibilities in inpatient rehab (20%) . New graduates encouraged to apply!Key Responsibilities: Conduct evaluations and individualized treatments for a wide variety of conditions, including orthopedic, cardiac, vestibular, pelvic floor, and geriatric-related issues Provide both inpatient and outpatient physical therapy services, with a strong emphasis on functional, patient-centered care Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR system Collaborate with PTAs, OTs, SLPs, physicians, and other interdisciplinary team members Contribute to a positive, collaborative clinical environment that prioritizes quality care and team support Work Environment & Schedule: Flexible 4-day workweek with 10-hour shifts No on-call duties Typical outpatient schedule: 11 patients/day Majority geriatric population, though patients span the full age spectrum Inpatient care is expected no more than 2 mornings per week Support Staff & Team Structure: Full-time PT Director Two contract PTs (transitioning off assignment) Three PTAs with independent caseloads One Occupational Therapist (IP/OP) One Speech Therapist (accepts peds caseload) Front desk staff handle scheduling, cleaning, and basic setup tasks (not involved in treatment) QualificationsRequired: Degree in Physical Therapy (DPT or equivalent) Current or eligible PT license in the state of practice Preferred Skills: Comfort or interest in treating pediatric patients (non-ortho) Experience in vestibular, neuro, or pelvic floor therapy is a plus 1+ years of outpatient or acute care experience (new grads welcome with mentorship support) Compensation & Benefits: Competitive Base Salary of $93,000 $110,000 (based on experience) Sign-On Bonus of $5,000 Comprehensive Benefits Package: Student Loan Repayment CME Allowance Malpractice Insurance Health, Dental, Vision Insurance Life and Disability Insurance Retirement Plan with 7% Employer Match PTO Vacation Practice Setting Highlights: Modern, well-equipped rehab department in a close-knit rural hospital Strong commitment to quality, compassionate care Emphasis on clinical autonomy and interdisciplinary collaboration Leadership team is supportive and invested in employee satisfaction and patient outcomes Community & Lifestyle: Located in a picturesque mountain region of the Pacific Northwest Enjoy all four seasons with unmatched access to outdoor activities such as skiing, hiking, mountain biking, boating, hunting, and fishing Access to metropolitan amenities within a short drive, including concerts, shopping, and dining Job Reference #: PT 26003
