Kankakee, IL PMHNP All Ages - To $135K + Benefits + $10K Sign Bonus + $5K Relo - 1 hour S of Chicago, 75 mins N of Champaign, IL- New grads welcome to apply - See mix of Adults/Kids or all Adults - Join team of 8 Psychiatrists excellent new grad support/collaboration - Daily caseload of 13-15 patients/day (10% no show rate) - Adults 60 min evals, 20 min med mgmt & Kids 90 min evals, 30 min med mgmt - 60 mins lunch daily - See patients for general mental health + some addictions (20% or less) - X-waiver a plus - Work Mon-Friday + Required Call of 1:4 (rounding on IP unit) - Full benefits - 21 Days PTO (26 days year 2) + 6 Paid Holidays/year + CME $2000/5 days/year) - $110-$135K + $10K Sign Bonus + $5K relo bonus + one time $5K-10K loan repay Team may be open to 4(10's) schedule + might consider a productivity bonus
