In this crucial role, you will spearhead the planning, design, construction, and management of our expansive real estate portfolio, ensuring that all initiatives align with our clinical, operational, and financial objectives. Your leadership will drive strategic real estate and facilities planning, oversee construction projects, and manage our real estate portfolio with a focus on regulatory compliance and safety. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, fostering partnerships both internally and externally to optimize outcomes. The ideal candidate will exhibit a strong commitment to safety for both colleagues and patients. You should possess at least 10 years of leadership experience in healthcare construction or real estate, with a demonstrated history of managing large-scale, complex projects.
