Job Description:
Program Support Worker The Program Support Worker provides for the clerical needs of staff to serve children and families. Responsibilities include: Providing quality customer service when greeting individuals either by phone or in person. Providing technical assistance with distributing and sorting mail, assembling packets, and sending and receiving of information. Gathering, reviewing, and maintaining client information for files and assuring compliance standards are met. Assisting with keeping children and family information up to date in the client management system. May purchase and maintain office inventory. May take minutes at meetings. Assurance of confidentiality of all data and information. Reporting critical incidents to DCF verbally within 12 hours, written within 24 hours. Implementing Saint Francis Ministries policies and following directives as required. Following all safety procedures. Reporting unusual incidents through appropriate Risk Management, clinical, and safety channels. Ensuring clients' rights are protected.
