We are seeking to hire a skilled Service Manager who can instruct, coach, and manage a staff of plumbers as they install water heaters and plumbing fixtures. This position will also be tasked with overseeing the activities and performance of your plumbing team by tracking customer service targets and facilitating the ongoing training of your team. Requirements: Ensure tasks being completed accurately and in a timely manner by field and operational personnelManage workflow by monitoring plumbers to make sure all jobs are complete with accurate paperwork and positive customer serviceProvide estimations for tankless water heater installations and non-standard plumbing jobs as neededCommunicate proactively with management oftenMaintain positive associate moralePerform general clerical dutiesResolve customer conflicts when neededAbility to coach plumbers and associates in need of job improvement and document if neededPerform all other related duties as assignedCore Competencies: A background or license in plumbingAbility to successfully lead a team of plumbersGood analytical, written and verbal skillsProficiency in MS OfficeStrong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills requiredAble to multi-task in a fast paced and deadline driven environmentAble to maintain professionalism and a positive service attitude alwaysAttendance and punctuality are extremely important to lead the team by exampleBenefits: Salary based on relevant experience and performanceHealth, Dental, Vision, and Life InsurancePaid time off (PTO) and Paid Holidays401kCompany Vehicle.
