As an Associate Team Supervisor, you will play a key role in supporting our retail tax office during the busy tax season, ensuring that we consistently exceed client expectations. Your initial responsibilities will start with a flexible part-time schedule in late fall, transitioning to full-time from January through April. It would be even better if you also had... Experience in a supervisory or management role. A proven history of delivering exceptional customer experiences. What you'll bring to the team... Support the Multi-Unit Team Leader as the onsite contact for tax office associates and clients, ensuring the highest quality and execution of services to promote the value of H&R Block. Oversee the performance of tax office associates to guarantee an exceptional client service experience, escalating issues to the Multi-Unit Team Leader and District General Manager as needed. Act as the point of contact for any escalated client service concerns. Ensure efficient client scheduling and resolution of conflicts, with necessary escalation as outlined above. Lead from the front desk, providing phone coverage and engaging clients for an outstanding experience. Manage daily operations to ensure associates are scheduled, and work is completed on time while maintaining quality standards and overall goals. Facilitate daily huddles, sharing critical information with office associates. Your Expertise Experience in customer service or a similar role. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage daily office operations effectively. A customer-centric approach and excellent communication skills. Proficiency in computers and MS Office applications. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Willingness to maintain a flexible work schedule of 40 hours per week, adapting to business needs. A high school diploma or equivalent. Individual compensation decisions will depend on various job-related factors, including experience, education, skills, performance, and work location.
