To help keep our multi-office operations running smoothly behind the scenes, we're looking for a dependable and proactive Part-Time Courier to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys being on the move, staying organized, and contributing to a close-knit, supportive workplace.This is a part-time position, 5 days per week (Monday-Friday), working mornings typically from approximately 8:00 am - 11:00 am (about 3 hours per day; some days may be slightly more or less depending on operational needs). The position is expected to become available around the end of April, with potential training opportunities available prior to the official start date.Key ResponsibilitiesPick up and deliver interoffice mail and materials between all Lalor Family Dental locationsCollect bank deposit bags from each office, record and sign daily deposit logs, and deliver to the bankRetrieve and distribute incoming mail/packages to the appropriate office or team memberMaintain accurate records and follow all courier-related protocolsAdditional Duties May IncludePick up orders from local vendors and deliver as neededAssist the Marketing Department with special deliveries or event setupsMaintain a clean and organized courier workstationEnsure secure and proper handling of credit card transactions related to purchasesWhat We're Looking ForHighly reliable and punctual with strong time management skillsExcellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and protocolsComfortable driving a company van and navigating local routesPhysically capable of lifting up to 50 poundsA helpful attitude and willingness to assist wherever neededValid driver's license and a clean driving record requiredWhat We OfferFlexible weekday hours to fit your scheduleA friendly and supportive work cultureA chance to be part of a growing, mission-driven dental practiceVision and Dental InsuranceEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Opportunities to support special projects and build new skillsHourly rate: $16.00Lalor Family Dental is an equal opportunity employer.
