Position Overview United Health Services (UHS) is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide high-level technical and administrative support to the Vice President of Quality Management/Chief Quality Officer. Reporting directly to the VP/CQO, the Executive Assistant has unique responsibilities that directly support senior leadership. The Executive Assistant performs a vast array of complex and highly confidential administrative and clerical support duties. The ideal candidate will be forward-thinking and have the ability to work independently while managing executive communications, as well as exercise a high level of professionalism and discretion, possess strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication management skills, be proficient in budget management, and be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite programs. The ideal candidate will display professionalism, integrity, and be dedicated to operational excellence, and effective communication across the organization while supporting efficient daily operations. Primary Department, Division, or Unit: UHS Quality Management Primary Work Shift: Day Regular Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40 Compensation Range: $27.80 - $41.69 per hour, depending on experience Key Responsibilities Include: Executive communication management Executive calendar/schedule management Expense/Invoice reporting and management Control access to the office, screen calls, and prioritizes issues Responsible for meeting minutes, materials, and information as requested Drafts routine responses to requests for information, reports, and general correspondence Coordinate travel arrangements and accommodations for management personnel as required Education and Experience Minimum Required: Associate's degree in Administrative Support or a related field with a minimum of three (3) years of experience providing administrative support at an executive leadership level; or Five (5) years of experience providing administrative support at an executive leadership level; or Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Healthcare Administration, Communications).
