The ideal candidate will be highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced professional environment.Responsibilities:Assist with e-filing of tax returns and other administrative tasks during tax seasonOrganize and maintain client tax files, both digital and physicalManage office supplies, including ordering, inventory, and vendor coordinationComplete simple write-ups in QuickBooks and assist with other bookkeeping tasks as neededHandle incoming calls, emails, and mail, ensuring communication is directed appropriatelyCoordinate appointments and meetings for staff and clientsMaintain office organization and cleanlinessAssist with employee onboarding paperwork and basic HR-related documentationSupport firm management with special projects and administrative needsRequirements:Prior experience as an Office Manager, Administrative Assistant, or Bookkeeper (accounting firm experience preferred)Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), and general computer literacyExcellent organizational, multitasking, and communication skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to work independentlyProfessional demeanor and discretion with confidential information
