Our team accomplishes the home inspection process with quality, integrity and exceptional customer service.What You’ll Do Conduct comprehensive home inspections, assessing structural, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, roofing, and other key systemsDocument findings in detailed, easy-to-understand reports Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, explaining results and answering questionsProvide insightful recommendations for maintenance or repairsEnsure compliance with industry standards and regulations Represent our brand with integrity, professionalism, and excellent service What We’re Looking For Licensed Home Inspector in Indiana and/or Kentucky (or willingness to obtain) 1+ years of home inspection or related experience (preferred, but not required)Strong attention to detail and ability to assess home systems thoroughlyExcellent communication skills – comfortable explaining findings to clients Tech-savvy – able to use inspection software and generate reports efficiently Customer-focused mindset – able to build trust with homebuyers and real estate professionals Job Details & Benefits Job Types: Full-time or Part-time Pay: $30,000 - $60,000 per year Expected Hours: 15 – 40 per weekSchedule:Extended hours as neededSome nights & weekends as requiredBenefits:Flexible schedulePaid time off (after 1 year of employment)Auto Stipend Why Join Us?
