Job Opening: Member Services SpecialistThe Missouri Municipal League (MML) is seeking a Member Services Specialist to join our fantastic team. This is an entry-level position offering an excellent opportunity to learn and grow.Key Responsibilities include:Responding to member inquiries on city government topics (training provided)Maintaining and enhancing MML's digital librariesMonitoring, tracking, and organizing high-volume public policy informationUpdating website contentOccasionally assisting team members with ongoing projectsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Communication, English, Economics, History, Library Science, Political Science or related field (will also consider equivalent local government experience).Strong written and verbal communication skillsAbility to manage shifting priorities in a fast-paced environmentInterest in--and aptitude for--learning the intricacies of Missouri municipal government1-2 years of related work experience preferredSome travel, including overnight, may be required.Salary and Benefits:Starting salary range of $46,000-$52,000, a competitive benefits package and comfortable office setting.To Apply:Submit a résumé and cover letter to by June 1.
