Loan Processor

Position Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly accurate Loan Processor to support our commercial, installment, personal construction, and bridge loan operations. This role is responsible for preparing, reviewing, and processing loan documentation while ensuring full compliance with legal, regulatory, and internal requirements. The ideal candidate will be organized, analytical, and comfortable working across multiple lending platforms. Key Responsibilities Loan Processing Process commercial and installment loans using LaserPro. Process personal construction and bridge loans using Encompass. Review loan packets for completeness, accuracy, and adherence to internal standards. Compliance & Documentation Ensure all loan files meet legal, regulatory, and bank compliance requirements, including documentation accuracy and proper disclosures. Verify that all required underwriting conditions and supporting documents are received prior to closing. Maintain data integrity across loan systems and ensure timely and compliant document delivery. Collateral & Security Confirm collateral is properly secured, documented, and perfected. Conduct UCC lien searches, business entity searches, and related verifications using the Secretary of State website. Review collateral descriptions and ensure lending policy standards are met. Operational Duties Work closely with lenders, closing staff, and internal departments to resolve documentation or compliance-related issues. Work directly with title companies for purchase transactions. DocuSign loan documents and miscellaneous documents as needed by loan officers. Prepare files for booking and ensure all items required for post-closing are completed. Maintain organized digital and physical loan files in accordance with audit requirements.
