As the General Manager you will lead and manage the hotel to foster a culture that aligns with GHC's visions and values.ResponsibilitiesLead top-line revenue and GOP performance; achieve or exceed hotel goals for these metrics.Recruit, hire and support training of staff.Create an operating environment that ensures consistent guest satisfaction.Meet with and solicit comments from guests on a regular basis to determine their level of satisfaction with guest services and facilities.Respond appropriately to guests regarding service challenges.Maintain hotel operations consistent with Brand Standards. Prepare and submit statistical, performance, and forecast analyses and reports as requiredWork within department budgets, defining and directing changes as required.Oversee the Sales and Marketing activity and results. Lead and participate in sales and marketing strategy meetings.
