Job Description:
LeMans Corporation is looking for a Procurement Support Manager to lead and develop our Procurement Support team and ensure the effective execution of daily procurement operations. This role focuses on people leadership, workflow management, and continuous improvement, driving accuracy, responsiveness, and operational efficiency across procurement support activities.This is a hands-on leadership role that partners closely with procurement leadership, supply chain, and cross-functional teams to resolve issues, manage operational projects, and reinforce consistent, compliant procurement processes.What You'll DoLead, coach, and develop the Procurement Support team to ensure strong execution and service levelsManage staffing, onboarding, training, and performance managementPrioritize and balance workloads based on business needs and team capacityMonitor productivity and workflows, addressing bottlenecks and improving day-to-day executionOversee core procurement support activities, including purchase orders, pricing maintenance, vendor returns, and inventory discrepancy resolutionPartner with internal teams and suppliers to resolve operational issues and maintain continuitySupport import and broker-related administrative processes and documentationEnsure process consistency, procedural documentation, and policy complianceDrive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and serviceSupport and coordinate small to mid-sized operational projectsServe as an escalation point and backup for key support functionsMaintain strict confidentiality and perform other duties as assignedWhat You BringBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, or a related field4-6 years in procurement, purchasing operations, supply chain support, or related functions0-2 years of experience leading or supervising employeesStrong people leadership and coaching capabilityContinuous improvement and project management experienceAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentDisclaimerNothing in this job description restricts management's right to assign or reassign duties and responsibilities to this job at any time.LeMans Corporation is an equal opportunity employer.
