Department: HRReporting Manager: HR Director Position Status: Non-exemptFLSA Level: VariesRevised: 03/2026Position Summary: The Provider Credentialing and Enrollment Associate is responsible for preparing and submitting enrollment applications and tracking credentialing statuses. They will coordinate with providers, insurance companies and internal teams to ensure timely approvals and renewals.
