Looking to fill as soon as possible!!"Salary for this position is $62,000-$68,000 annuallyJob SummaryBehavior Intervention & Assessments & AnalysisCollaboration with BIS staff to conduct functional behavior assessments, to develop behavior support plans and data collection systemsAssist with Life Plan process and individual goal developmentReview and provide feedback to QIDPs on preparing and developing Staff Action Plans (SAP)Review and maintain documentation and provide reports and recommendations to supervisorsEnsure data is taken correctly and individual's progress is monitored dailyEnsure clinical staff comply with clinical approaches, QSAC policies, procedures and applicable regulationsTraining and SupportAssist with training development and protocols and provide staff training across all multiple residential locationsProvide training and support to BIS and QIDP staff for development of proactive and reactive strategies /SCIP-R interventions and implementationAssist BIS staff in conducting in-service trainingTravel to multiple sites in NYC and Queens is required and Clinical Coordinator will be required to fill in for absent BIS/QIDP, as neededMaintain individual and family confidentialityEnsure health, safety, and welfare of individualsMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONSQualifications are subject to change in accordance with government regulationsMaster's degree required in Psychology, social work or related field; BCBA Preferred3-5 years professional/clinical work experience2 years experience supporting adolescents and/or adults with autism spectrum disorders/developmental disabilities2 years management experience requiredUnderstanding of Applied Behavior Analysis strategies and principles, highly preferredKnowledge of federal, state and local regulatory requirementsExcellent interpersonal, critical thinking, problem-solving and communications skillsAbility to work independently with minimal supervisionAbility to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusionsKnowledge in clinical psychology, behavioral and psychiatric assessments, and diagnosisBenefitsQSAC has terrific benefits that go beyond health and retirement.
