In this dynamic role, you will manage rental accounts by providing exceptional customer service, selling innovative products, and driving account performance. You will be responsible for deliveries and pickups, ensuring store standards are met, and conducting early-stage collections. This role is crucial for fostering sales growth and maintaining account health by building strong relationships with our customers, all while adhering to our mission and core values. Key Responsibilities Manage an assigned portfolio of accounts, cultivating lasting customer relationships. Carry out early-stage collections (1-6 days overdue) and meet daily/weekly targets. Utilize account management tools to maintain account health and secure payment commitments. Complete assigned routes for deliveries, pickups, and account follow-ups. Provide unparalleled customer service in-store, over the phone, and during in-home consultations. Contribute to sales growth by generating new rental agreements. Safely transport, install, and handle merchandise. Maintain the showroom and company vehicles up to standards. Adhere strictly to all safety and operational guidelines set by the company. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. Must be at least 18 years of age. Valid driver's license with a good driving record. Strong communication and customer service skills. Physical Requirements Ability to lift and move heavy merchandise. Ability to drive a box truck. Capability to stand and drive for extended periods. Schedule & Work Environment Full-time position, Monday to Saturday. Enjoy Sundays off plus one additional weekday off. This is a physically active role requiring lifting, bending, and standing.
