Laborer 1st Shift Position Specifics: Reports To: Weekday Supervisor Supervises: None FLSA Code: Nonexempt Purpose: To perform various tasks in a production factory environment Responsibilities: Operate a forklift Monitor material Basic logging of load numbers Loading/unloading equipment Keep area organized/clean Light Labor Operates and maintains certain equipment Maintains a clean work area and performs work in a neat and orderly fashion Accounts for all time and material used in performing assigned duties Job Requirements: Ability to operate machines Ability to lift at least 25 pounds repeatedly Ability to keep pace with a Shredder Reliable attendance is mandatory Timeliness in performing tasks Forklift experienced preferred General knowledge of how to operate equipment Work together as a TEAM Willingness to learn Full-Time Benefit Packages: 401k Plan with Company Match Routine Performance & Pay Reviews Paid Holidays & Vacation Time Health Insurance Flex Pay Account Safety Equipment Allowance Life Insurance Vision & Dental Insurance All benefits subject to change.
