Job DescriptionA medical facility located near Jacksonville, Florida is seeking a full-time, permanent Clinical Laboratory Director to join their team!The Clinical Laboratory Director Job Opportunity:Full-time, direct hire positionMon-Fri schedule, day shift with extra hours as neededGreat leadership and administration team!The Laboratory Director is responsible for the overall operation and administration of the laboratory. They plan, implement, evaluate, and manage all aspects of laboratory operations, compliance and regulatory practice standards, business development and outreach initiatives, operations and capital budget planning and management, employee, and customer relations.The Clinical Laboratory Director Minimum Qualifications:Must have at least a Bachelor s degree in a laboratory science or related fieldMust have active Florida MT license in Chemistry, Hematology, Serology, Microbiology, and ImmunopathologyMust have ASCP or AMT certificationThe Florida Location:Commutable distance from Jacksonville, FLSurrounded by scenic countryside, forests, and nearby riversUnique shops, family-owned restaurants, and Southern hospitality
