Job Description:
Overview The Scheduling Coordinator functions under the direction of the Clinical Manager and is responsible for scheduling, coordinating and organizing all aspects of the clinical team including serving as a customer resource representative for administrative associates, caregivers and patients. Qualifications Age of Patients Served: Adult (18-64 years) Geriatric (=>65 years) Required Education: High School Diploma or GED. Preferred Education: Associate's Degree in Health care related field. Necessary Skills: 1. Must possess demonstrated data base management. 2. Word processing and spreadsheet utilities skills. 3. Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel processing skills. 4. Must have ability to multitask and detail oriented. 5. Good interpersonal and communication skills. 6. Must demonstrate independent project management . 7. Excellent communication, problem solving and organizational skills. 8. Ability to handle changing priorities and manage time effectively and independently. 9. Must demonstrate proficiency in grammar, composition and analytical skills. Required Experience: 1-2 years - Data entry and/or customer service experience in a medical setting. Preferred Experience: 3'5 years of relevant experience.
