The Human Resources Manager will oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development. Responsibilities include ensuring compliance with employment regulations, implementing HR initiatives, managing payroll and benefits administration, and fostering a collaborative work environment. The role requires effective communication with employees and leadership to ensure alignment with organizational goals.Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Acquisition & OnboardingOverseeing recruitment, hiring, and onboarding processes. Employee RelationsAddressing grievances, enforcing policies, conducting investigations, and managing discplinary actions. Performance & Development: Implementing performance management systems, training programs, and succession planning. Compliance & HR StrategyEnsuring compliance with federal, state and local employment laws, while developing HR strategies that align with business goals. HRIS Management: Maintaining HR Records and managing Human Resources Information Systems.
