This role is responsible for overseeing project execution, field performance, workforce planning, and financial outcomes across multiple job sites.The ideal candidate brings a strong background in electrical construction, proven leadership of field and project management teams, and the ability to drive operational efficiency while maintaining high safety and quality standards.ResponsibilitiesLead daily operations across multiple electrical construction projectsManage and mentor Project Managers, Superintendents, and ForemenOversee project scheduling, manpower planning, and resource allocationEnsure projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to specificationMonitor job costing, profitability, and financial performance (P&L responsibility)Collaborate with estimating team on bids, staffing, and project strategyImplement and improve operational systems, processes, and KPIsMaintain strong relationships with clients, GCs, and subcontractorsEnforce safety standards and ensure compliance with all regulationsSupport company growth initiatives, including new markets and divisionsQualifications7+ years experience in electrical construction (commercial/industrial required)3+ years in a leadership or operations roleStrong knowledge of:Electrical systems and construction methodsProject scheduling and manpower planningJob costing and financial trackingProven ability to manage multiple large-scale projects simultaneouslyExperience leading teams of 20+ field personnelStrong leadership, communication, and decision-making skillsPreferred ExperienceHospital / healthcare electrical projectsMulti-location or multi-division operationsGovernment or public-sector contractingExperience scaling operations or opening new branchesRequired Qualifications & SkillsPrevious experience as a journeyman or master electrician, typically with several years in the field.Education/Certification: High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred); MBA experience is preferred.Technical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of the National Electrical Code (NEC) and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations.Instructional Skills: Ability to adapt to different learning styles, use instructional technologies, and communicate complex concepts clearly.Background Check: Must be able to pass a background check.Benefits:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insurance (partial employer paid)Life insurancePaid time offParental leaveProfessional development assistanceVision insurance
