Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Job Opportunity: Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist Join a dedicated team at a top-rated healthcare facility in Jackson, Michigan! Job Responsibilities: Provide anesthesia services for patients across all age groups, from infants to geriatrics. Coordinate peri-operative patient care in collaboration with the healthcare team. Work with a mix of 8-10-12 hour day shifts with opportunities to transition to longer shifts if desired. Minimal call responsibilities. Maintain a high degree of autonomy in patient care. Engage in moderate physical activity, including handling objects up to 25 pounds. Participate in safety precautions and use protective equipment as required. Utilize EPIC as an electronic medical record system. Qualifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA) required. Completion of an accredited Nurse Anesthesia Program. Experience with adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients is preferred. Effective problem-solving skills and strong verbal and written communication abilities. Current knowledge of blood or blood-borne pathogens, requiring OSHA training. License and Certification Requirements: Active Nursing and Specialty Licenses in Michigan (or willingness to obtain). Up-to-date COVID and Flu vaccinations (or willingness to obtain by start). Active BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (or willingness to obtain). Clean malpractice/license history required. DEA registration must be obtained prior to start.
