Production Control Specialist (Scheduling)

Production Scheduler Candidate will plan, schedule, and optimize the flow of production Duties And Responsibilities Scheduler with lean manufacturing experience such as; material/product pull systems, line balancing techniques, and time study experience. Must also have strong problem solving and kaizen abilities. Supports new products preparation activities Supports balance out activities Issue and maintain kanbans Calculate requirements and issue production and heijunka schedule. Report manufacturing status by assembly line Provide maintenance to the weekly production schedule Provide backup the receiving and shipping functions, as needed Receive and input the customer orders and forecasts in the system Customer relations including calls, emails, surveys, customer portals, etc. ECI management Cycle counts Negative inventory investigation and correction Customer scorecards Back order investigation Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree or at least four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
