In your role as a Client Service Professional, you'll play a vital part in helping others and witnessing the positive impact of your work. Your ability to inspire clients and help them make informed decisions will strengthen client relationships year after year. As a seasonal Client Service Professional/Receptionist at H&R Block, you'll focus on delivering exceptional service to our clients now and for the future. Preferred Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent. Flexible availability and willingness to work in multiple locations. Experience in sales or marketing. Your Contributions: Greet clients and answer phones with warmth and professionalism. Match clients with the most suitable tax professional to meet their needs. Coordinate client scheduling preferences to ensure a smooth experience. Address client needs effectively, whether in person, over the phone, or virtually. Maintain a clean and organized office environment in collaboration with team members. Perform other duties as assigned. Your Skills: Experience in a fast-paced work environment.
