HVAC Technician

Job Full Description Express Employment Professionals in Ithaca is recruiting for an experienced HVAC Technician for a client in the Ithaca area. The successful candidate will provide maintenance and service to systems for multiple locations as part of a greater organization. Will conduct preventative maintenance on systems and make repairs on a day to day basis. Will also change filters, and other heating/cooling responsibilities. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems Perform seasonal tune-ups and safety inspections Present repair options and maintenance plans to customers Accurately document all work performed, including materials used and time on site Submit job paperwork and receipts promptly Maintain a clean, well-stocked, and organized company vehicle Use tools and equipment safely and responsibly Represent the company professionally and uphold all service standards Perform other duties as needed to support the team Minimum Qualifications 2+ years of HVAC service experience Strong mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn and continue training Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Excellent communication and customer service skills Able to lift up to 50 lbs Valid driver's license with clean driving record Must pass a background check and drug screening Positive attitude and strong team mindset Open to Entry Level Candidates with a strong mindset for growth Express Employment Professionals is a full service staffing company in the business of putting people to work.
