The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day facility operations to ensure efficient production and delivery of high-performance optical products. Responsibilities include managing production schedules, optimizing processes for quality and cost-effectiveness, coordinating with cross-functional teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, and leading continuous improvement initiatives.
