The Operations Manager will oversee day-to-day facility operations to ensure efficient production and delivery of high-performance optical products. Responsibilities include managing production schedules, optimizing processes for quality and cost-effectiveness, coordinating with cross-functional teams, ensuring regulatory compliance, and leading continuous improvement initiatives. The role also involves team leadership, resource allocation, and consistent communication with leadership to meet organizational goals.QualificationsStrong leadership and team management abilities, with proven experience in personnel development and resource allocationExpertise in operations management, strategic planning, and process optimizationIn-depth knowledge of production scheduling, manufacturing processes, and quality control standardsTechnical experience in optical systems or precision manufacturing is highly advantageousExcellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skillsProficiency in data analysis tools and operational software systemsClear and effective written and verbal communication skillsBachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Business, or a related field is required; advanced degree or certification in operations preferred
