A critical care nursing role is available, focused on delivering expert patient care in an intensive care setting. This contract position calls for a Registered Nurse skilled in ICU nursing to provide high-level support and clinical expertise. Responsibilities: Independently perform nursing duties and delegated medical tasks following state Board of Nursing standards. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care tailored to critical health needs. Continuously collect and analyze health data to monitor patient status. Conduct health education and counseling to support patient well-being. Administer therapies and treatments aimed at life support and recovery, directly or through collaboration with others. Refer patients for additional evaluation or treatment when necessary. Review and oversee effectiveness of treatment plans on an ongoing basis. Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with regulatory and hospital policies. Utilize available resources efficiently. Adhere to organizational mission, values, and professional conduct standards. Flexibly perform floating duties to other departments when needed and participate in on-call rotations as required.
