You will lead the operational lifecycle of transactions across Office, Industrial, and Retail sectors while aggressively driving our firm's growth by recruiting high-performing brokers who want to leverage the NAI Global network.Key Responsibilities? Strategic Recruitment: Proactively identify, recruit, and hire experienced brokers with established books of business.Training: Advanced proficiency in training commercial real estate brokers engaged in the leasing and sales transactions with occupiers and property owners in the office, industrial and retail property type sectors.? Broker Management: Partner with broker leaders on the execution of strategic initiatives and oversee team performance.? Transaction Coordination: Gather and coordinate all materials necessary for transactions, including listing agreements, due diligence, and sales agreements.? Marketing & Proposals: Partner with marketing on the creation of listing pitches, presentations, and offering memorandums.? Client Relations: Liaise with clients to coordinate information, organize meetings, and obtain required documentation.? Operational Leadership: Oversee and participate in all projects critical to the team, tracking action items and handling deliverables.What You'll Bring? Direct Experience: 3+ years of experience in a similar leadership or transaction management position within a CRE brokerage.? Recruitment Expertise: Proven track record of managing and recruiting commercial real estate brokers is mandatory.? Technical Savvy: Advanced proficiency with CRE-specific applications including marketing, transaction management and CRE-centric CRM applications.? Education: Bachelor's degree preferably in Business, Real Estate, or Communications.?
